Cheri McCallum
Cheri is a twice over breast cancer survivor who has just completed a 10 year cancer free program.
Feeling restless one bright fall afternoon, Cheri and her Siberian Husky Sheba took a chance and knocked on the door of John Gazarek. Cheri had heard of John from different townsfolk and they told her that he had a kennel of sprint racing Siberian Huskies. Cheri has not looked back since that day. That was 1997.
Cheri and John own and operate Midstar Kennels located in Kent-Bridge Ontario. Together they train, build their own sleds, dog boxes, groom their own training trails, do charity work, teach others to dog sled and more!
